Welcome to the Lanka Salad Company online store.
We provide our services to you subject to the following conditions

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

We have a fixed delivery route that is provided on our website including locations and delivery times. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection of their order from the delivery vehicle within the time slot provided. There will be no delivery charge. 
Our orders are shipped and delivered on Thursdays (excluding major holidays).

ORDER STATUS

We process orders Monday to Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12 noon on Tuesday will not be delivered until the Thursday of the following week.

Your order will be confirmed by email.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

As we are dealing with fresh produce, we are unable to change your order once it has been placed.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item or any other concern, please notify our delivery agent at the time of collection.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once you have collected your items from our delivery agent, we are unable to process any returns. Please be sure you are happy with the produce you collect.

If you are unhappy with your order on collection, our delivery agent will ask you to complete an information form so we can address your concerns. Please note, we are unable to provide refunds, but we will exchange your damaged product FOC.
Exchanged products will be delivered on the Thursday of the following week. We do require an image and your order number.

We are only able to exchange products purchased on our website.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit the Lanka Salad Company website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and in doing so, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting The Lanka Salad Company Pvt Ltd, you agree that the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and The Lanka Salad Company Pvt Ltd or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to The Lanka Salad Company Pvt Ltd or to products you purchase through The Lanka Salad Company Pvt Ltd shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate The Lanka Salad Company Pvt Ltd intellectual property rights, The Lanka Salad Company Pvt Ltd may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Sri Lanka National Arbitration Centre. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
